🥉The concept of introducing the principles of a green economy in the EAEU took third place in the competition of international initiatives for sustainable development in the Eurasian region ERP HONOOURS 2024.
ERP HONORS is an annual competition from the Eurasian Regional Partnership on reporting in the field of sustainable development. Its goal is to identify the best green initiatives in the Eurasian region.
📋 The concept is an initiative to harness the potential of international economic cooperation to accelerate the achievement of green transformation goals
❗The basis is the principle of ensuring in each EAEU country an optimal balance between protecting the environment and climate, on the one hand, and achieving national goals of socio-economic development, on the other.
☝️ We would like to remind you that the Concept was previously awarded by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in the category “Best International Initiatives” as part of the ISAR HONORS 2024 competition.
